JATA is a novel initiative in Tamil Nadu to showcase a career in the Indian Armed Forces and train youth in to join a Agniveer in Army, Navy and Air Forces

The academy is one of its kind in southern India to channelize the youth of 10th grade / 12th grade to join uniformed services especially the Armed Faces. After training, they could also try for other uniformed services like customs, para military forces like ITBP, BSE, CRPF, CISF etc, Police and NDRF.

Under the expertise of Maj Gen N R K Babu(Retd.), and HW Gangai Amaren (Chief Instructor), a robust program with all facilities to provide both education and physical training has been promulgated.
